Falling in love
Has always been the same
From Adam and Eve
To Romeo and Juliet
Poets have played with it
Artists have painted it
But it has always been the same
The problem with it is
When it happens to you
You forget that
It has always been that way
And you tend to convince
Yourself
Yours is a different love story
But practically speaking
It has always been that way
You started loving
And ended up hurt.
